Gemini and NotebookLM failed on these papers because they are scanned, mix Hindi and English, and switch fonts mid-page. His pipeline runs OCR, screenshots each question to preserve diagrams and equations, parses the instruction lines for marks and question type, then classifies by chapter and exports to Word and Excel. Deliberately built with no paid AI layer: a $1.20 monthly bill is a real constraint for the students he serves.
