Smallholder farmers self-report produce with GPS and photo evidence, field agents physically verify each report, and a platform admin sees verified volumes across producer clusters. The goal is to close the information asymmetry that leaves growers capturing only 20% of chain value, and to make warehouse depository receipts possible as a financing instrument.

Sai demos an early warning system built for Suraah, an NGO working with schools in Uttarakhand. Teachers already record attendance, sick days and absences every month, but the data stays trapped in spreadsheets. The tool links a live Google Sheet, applies a risk rules engine to surface critical and warning cases, and adds a teacher assistant that answers plain questions like “which students need immediate attention?” against the current data.

Santosh demos a tool that turns scanned CBSE past papers into a chapter-wise question bank. Gemini and NotebookLM failed on these papers because they are scanned, mix Hindi and English, and switch fonts mid-page. His pipeline runs OCR, screenshots each question to preserve diagrams and equations, parses the instruction lines for marks and question type, then classifies by chapter and exports to Word and Excel. Deliberately built with no paid AI layer: a $1.20 monthly bill is a real constraint for the students he serves.
